Power Engineering Training Services Ltd. was founded in June 2003 to provide consistent high quality training services for candidates wishing to obtain certification as a Power / Operating Engineer 4th class to 1st class or as Plant Operators.

Services

We primarily provide ‘directed’ self study courses with tutorial support.. These courses prepare candidates to write prescribed government examinations leading to certification as Power/Operating Engineers at 4 different class levels. In total, there are 20 such courses.

Currently, weekly study guides are sent out over a 3 or 4 month period via email. They reference text material that participants are required to have. These guides may require participants to send answers to assignment questions etc. to their assigned tutor. Tutorial support is provided via email. At the end of each course, there is a face-to face seminar and an examination sitting.

We also offer other courses where text material is sent to them via Canada Post but tutorial support is still by email. We also offer face to face seminars to corporate groups.
